BBQ Roast
One 3-4 pound chuck roast
One whole
onion
3 large potatoes
1 cup of baby carrots
Teaspoon of salt
Teaspoon
of black pepper
1 tablespoon of instant coffee
½ teaspoon of liquid
smoke
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
Directions:
Rub
salt, pepper, instant coffee on roast and let sit in fridge overnight.
Place
roast in large roasting pan add potatoes, carrots and onion.
Pour soy sauce
and liquid smoke on veggies and roast on 300 degrees for 1hour . turn heat down
to 225 degrees and let cook for 6-8 hours.
Mmmmmmmmmm tender and juicy!
